The Food and Drug Administration lacks a plan to assess risks posed by certain foods, doesn’t prioritize surveillance and research, and is putting the public’s trust on the line … Basically, FDA doesn’t have enough money or power to do the job.
Hmm, I think if safe food were our priority, we’d want multiple firms ruthlessly competing to deliver the most reliable food...

I just came back from seeing an amazing exhibit by the photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson at the Musem of Modern Art. I was lucky enough to get to accompany a few of my friends at Leica Camera and have a walk-through during closed hours.
